Little W Productions was created as a Film, Design and
Music company in Paris 1998 by Shumai Chou and Holger Carlsson. The Film Production started with Advertising projects (Li
Ning sports goods, etc) & Pre-production for feature films (France, Spain,
Portugal etc). In 1999 LWProd transformed a warehouse in East London into a
music recording studio and together with Music Producer Nille Perned (Kent, The
Soundtrack Of Our Lives, Wannadies) built Hackney Road Studio and sold to a
local artist Gary Hedgecock in 2002. On the Music side. Holger started working with Swedish Event
Production company AO Production produced and participated in a number of
showcases and tours globally like Access All Areas (Stockholm), showcases at
SXSW (2001-2007), Sweden Sounds (Tokyo, Guangzhou/Shenzhen CN), Swedish
Invasion (Brazil), MIDI Festival (Beijing), Grand Opening Swedish Embassy
(Washington DC), Multi band showcases (Los Angeles & New York), Swedish
Indiego Series (London & Paris). Work with artists like The Soundtrack Of
Our Lives, The Ark, Sahara Hotnights, Citizen Bird, Eskobar, Nicolai Dunger,
Anna Ternheim, Ane Brun, Loney Dear, Shout Out Louds, Hello Saferide, Maia
Hirasawa, David & the Citizens, El Perro Del Mar, Jens Lekman, Jose
Gonzales, Johnossi, Pernilla Andersson, Sofia Jannok and September. In 2004, LWProd opened a branch office in New York for the
US & Canada markets with more
film scripts and designs development and more music artist managing,
album releasing, touring and working with US artists for local showcases. And
more importantly we’re working on digitalizing our work into the future mobile
